DIGITAL AGING: BLUE LIGHT AND THE SKIN

Our lives are increasingly digital. From smartphones and computers to tablets and LED lighting, exposure to visible light is part of everyday life. But what do we actually know about blue light and skin ageing — and how can modern skincare help support the skin?
What is Digital Aging?
“Digital Aging” is a term increasingly used to describe the potential effects that prolonged exposure to artificial light and our modern digital lifestyle may have on the skin. How can blue light affect the skin?
