To order online, you need to be registered with us.
Once an order is placed, we will confirm it with the invoice.

Returns Policy: We offer returns for unopened packages within seven (7) days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us to explain the situation and receive instructions for returning the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened products or products returned after seven days.
Faulty product- In the case of a faulty product, it must be reported and returned within seven days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange the return of the faulty product. Once the product has been received and verified to be faulty, a replacement will be provided.
Delivery- It is important to keep track of your deliveries and promptly report any issues. If you don't receive a tracking number email, please let us know.
If you are expecting a delivery but did not receive it, you should first check the tracking information to see if there are any updates or delivery attempts. If the courier website indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you did not receive it, please promptly report this to us or courier within seven days.
It is important to note that courier companies may reject missing parcel claims if they are not submitted within seven days after the alleged delivery date. Therefore, it is crucial to act promptly and report any issues as soon as possible to avoid any potential rejection of claims.
